Who We Are
Founded in 1976, Leadership Development Institute (LDI) delivered unique 5-day leadership development experiences to high school and college students through LDI Summer Camps across the country for several years. LDI events gained national attention and was requested to adapt its experiential learning activities to meetings, retreats, state conferences, and national conferences for a wide assortment of student and non-profit organizations. LDI rebranded in 1991 as Corporate Education Resources, Inc. (CERI) to deliver a broader range of services to corporate, student, and non-profit clients. Today, CERI provides Association Management, Event Management, Training and Development, and Consultant Services to non-profit organizations, government agencies, student organizations, and corporations.

Membership Growth
CERI has implemented strategies and devised tools to help clients achieve consistent, long-term growth. CERI’s largest client has experienced membership growth at an average annual rate of 14% over the past 20 years.

CERI seeks technology solutions when appropriate and has the expertise to develop custom software solutions for such purposes as membership registration, conference management, event scheduling, tabulation, online testing, and much more.

Training and Development Services
From our work with Walmart and the Cleveland Clinic to HOSA, JAG, Arkansas Leadership Academy, Key Club, and other educational non-profits, CERI draws on a variety of experience and resources to develop customized training programs, and conducts train-the-trainer sessions for those delivering the customized programs.
